Acceptance of Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by Woodard. Acceptance will be made in the form of an acknowledgment with an estimated ship date as verification. Orders must be credit-approved prior to acceptance and scheduling. All orders must be in writing. Fax orders are acceptable. Please review acknowledgments carefully for accuracy.


All prices shown in this document are manufacturer suggested retail prices F.O.B. Factory. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices submitted on customer purchase orders are not considered binding unless in concurrence with Woodard’s own prices. Customer is responsible for verifying that their net price is in agreement with prices shown on order acknowledgments.


Net 30 days for credit approved accounts.


Woodard products ship F.O.B. Owosso, MI/Grand Prairie, TX/Coppell, TX. First Base umbrella bases ship either F.O.B. Owosso, MI or Montreal, Canada, depending on order quantity. Market umbrella bases ship F.O.B. Mt. Pleasant Mills, PA or Owosso, MI. Contact your sales representative for details.

Cube Information

Cube information as shown reflects the cubes for the standard pack. If less than standard pack is ordered, this information will not be accurate.

Order Information

Before communicating order, please check to make sure the following information has been included: billing address, shipping address, phone numbers, and complete order information as to quantity catalog numbers, description, pain finish, strap selection, and fabric if applicable.

Product Size Info

Product dimensions are approximations. Due to the hand-crafted nature of all Woodard products, actual product dimensions may vary slightly from those presented. Chair dimensions represent the distance between the widest points on the frame, and between the floor and the highest point on the frame. Cushion dimensions are measured from corner to corner. Information on weight, cubic feet, pack dimensions, and table top descriptions are provided in the price list as approximations.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes and cancellations must be made within five business days from date of order acknowledgment.  After five business days, orders may not be changed; cancelled orders may be charged a 50% restocking fee. Merchandise must be received in original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for any freight charges incurred. All order changes and cancellations must be in writing.

Delivery Date

An approximate ship date is shown on every order acknowledgment unless one has not been assigned. Woodard cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.


Unless specified in writing by the customer, all orders are shipped “Best Way” freight collect. Woodard will not be responsible for incremental freight expenses incurred by customers whose discounts with freight carriers do not match those of Woodard. Whenever possible, Woodard will attempt to accommodate customers’ shipping requirements. If your company has special routing that is used at all times, please forward a copy of your routing instructions to us.

Service and Repair Parts

Service for all plants is handled through the general office in Coppell, TX. Please have all information available when contracting our Customer Service Department (production order numbers, invoice number, date of invoice, and date of order). Small replacement parts (no cushions or tops) are available directly to the consumer on a paid in advance basis. This is done as a service to you.


Standard fabrics are shown in the Color/Design Guide; please order by fabric name and number. “B” upgrade price is charged when using COM. Yardage requirements are based on 54” wide, 27” repeat of pattern fabric. Some patterned fabrics may require additional yardage. Liability for lost or damaged fabric supplied by customer is limited to actual cost of fabric. All COM should be properly identified by customer name, date of order, and order number. This fabric should be sent to the proper factory. (Owosso, MI/Grand Prairie, TX/Coppell, TX – if you are unsure please inquire) Information as to fabric name and number, supplier, and approximate date that the fabric is to be received should be included on the order. COM orders will not be scheduled for production until all COM yardage is received and approved by the factory. Questions on COM fabrics should be direct to our Customer Service Department.

Claims, Concealed Damage and Returns

Please check all merchandise immediately upon arrival for any visual or concealed damage. Our products are carefully inspected, properly packaged, and then given to the transportation company. We are not liable for damages incurred in shipping or other mishandling of the product. If there is an error in the shipment, the freight bill must be marked (at the time of delivery) before a claim can be filed. All merchandise shipped F.O.B. from our plants requires the consignee to file the claim, if one is necessary. If concealed damage is found, notify the carrier’s agent immediately for inspection. Save all cartons and packaging. The agent is required to issue a “concealed damage” report. No returns shall be accepted without a return authorization from Woodard.
